Well this is a post bright and early in the morning because I just successfully completed Week 2 Day 1 Level 3 of the Two Hundred Situps Challenge

Wow, it’s like Couch to 5k for abs! Neat. Let me know how it goes for you and I’ll let you know how the running thing goes (though that may take awhile- I’m getting on track now but am a few months behind schedule!).
