Well this is a post bright and early in the morning because I just successfully completed Week 2 Day 1 Level 3 of the Two Hundred Situps Challenge

Yes people who know me might say that yeah yeah lets see if you continue it but to them I say, yes i know where your doubts come from but this time lets see and keep our fingers crossed…

    Wow, it’s like Couch to 5k for abs! Neat. Let me know how it goes for you and I’ll let you know how the running thing goes (though that may take awhile- I’m getting on track now but am a few months behind schedule!).
